To Start

Creamed Wild mushroom soup with parmesan & truffle oil & chunky Bread

Home Made Chicken Liver Pate’ with toast & Plum compote

Sautéed Tiger Prawns, pickled cucumber & Tomato dressing with lamb’s lettuce

Palma ham & celeriac remulard with whole grain mustard

Main

Pan roasted supreme of chicken, with Dauphinoise potato,

Sautéed wild mushrooms and Cauliflower puree finished with a rich thyme jus

Baked wild Pollock with chive and vermouth cream

Served with sautéed potatoes, courgette ribbons and roasted tomatoes

Roasted Mediterranean vegetable Tian with black olive jus, parmesan crisps & bitter leaves (V)

Seared Cornish Sirloin of Beef, with hand cut chips, roasted garlic mushroom

Béarnaise sauce & red onion jam.

Lemon Tart with raspberry sorbet & burnt caramel glaze

Crepe suzette with orange lemon sugar and brandy with berries & syrup

Strawberries with warm Kahlua Chocolate dip for two

Phoenix reopening night – Friday 10th February

The Phoenix is back and better than ever ahead of the 2012 season! You’re invited to join us for some delicious treats that are available on our new menu and our fine selection of great drinks. We’ll be open from Friday 10th February from 6pm.

We’re also looking forward to some live music on Saturday night with Billy (of Goldern Burn) starting at 9pm- Get you’re dancing shoes on!
